After completion of a project we always ask our clients to evaluate the results of our work and the individual aspects of the cooperation. Our client’s surveys are one of the most important quality management tools at ARS EMENDI, because we are convinced that our long-term success is based exclusively on the satisfaction of our clients.

Our consultants know, that they are measured and rewarded according to the satisfaction of our clients. Although we have achieved results of which we are very proud of, we are not tempted to become "comfortable", because our efforts are directed not only to maintain our level of performance, but to further develop and improve it.
